Mission Impossible became Mission Possible in the hands of SPELL Cast, who helped RSA Security’s Partner Conference launch a successful event for its valued partners. From event logo to backdrop, booklet, souvenirs, presentation video and photo stands, guests had a blockbuster experience in Kota Kinabalu, proving that great partnerships is the way to success.

When the prestigious Standard Chartered-Prudential BancAssurance Conference needed a professional yet personal touch, SPELL Cast was summoned to do the job. In charge of conceptualising the conference theme, SPELL Cast developed the entire creative suite from invites to collaterals, set-up and event video. The fact that it was held in Phuket over three days did not daunt the team, and all 100 attendees enjoyed a smooth conference in the tropics.

The annual Shell Petroleum Singapore Dinner & Dance was given a groovy 70s Retro Party twist at The Shangri-La, making it a smashing hit for the company’s 200 valued employees. Bringing the theme to life, SPELL Cast provided the full concept development and decoration, from pre-event entertainment and games, to registration station, talent management, stage backdrop and table setting – ensuring that everyone was immersed in retro fever from start to end.

For the launch of its new Liquid E mobile phone, Acer Computer, in conjunction with Ferrari, put together a larger-than-life event for over 150 of their valuable dealers and partners. For the star attraction, SPELL Cast built a plus-size model of the Liquid E, giving attendees a live, interactive simulation of the product at a very successful launch.

Teradata Universe 2010 is a VIP gathering organised by Teradata for its top-tier employees, including company Department Heads and Directors. Held over the course of three days, SPELL Cast ensured that attendees were treated to a welcome dinner, full-day conference with breakout tracks, a half-day technical workshop and wind-down cocktail party. Selected business partners were also invited to showcase at the event, turning the gathering into a buzzing affair.

An IT Security event held annually across the region in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, M.TECH’s Security Exchange draws an average attendance of 300 per country. In 2010, SPELL Cast was tasked to organise the hosting, comprised of a main presentation track in the morning and two breakout tracks in the afternoon. Showcasing M.TECH and a total of their 14 vendors’ latest IT Security solutions, the fully-subscribed event was pulled off to great success, and placed the spotlight on M.TECH as one of the industry’s leading forerunners.

The F1 fever brought out the best in our creativity as SPELL went full speed into the F1 theme for Cisco-Netapp’s race party. Developing a unique interactive invitation card and attractive event website, a high-octane package was created that left many breathless.

Clinical Procedure Guide

The National Healthcare Group needed an easy, handy guidebook as doctor’s reference to the list of chronic diseases. At some 260 pages, the entire process would be a challenge from artwork to printing. Taking it in good stride, SPELL delivered full dedication and attention to detail, ensuring that the project was smooth-sailing every step of the way.

To hand-deliver the message of “Have a cup of tea while we take care of your security loophole”, SPELL developed a creative, personalised Direct Mailer in the form of a full teacup set complete with a sachet of carefully-selected Earl Grey Tea. This DM was delivered to C-level decision-makers of the top 10% organisations around the South East Asian region and, no doubt, went down like a treat.

A yearly affair for kids, the OctoberFest is a fun festival attracting young ones from all over the island. For this festival, SPELL was engaged in concept and theme development, as well as character and illustration creation. Large-scale wall graphics, a floor maze, collaterals and activity booklets were developed in creative, colourful themes to go along with the energetic and youthful activities of the festival.
