To hand-deliver the message of “Have a cup of tea while we take care of your security loopholeâ€, SPELL developed a creative, personalised Direct Mailer in the form of a full teacup set complete with a sachet of carefully-selected Earl Grey Tea. This DM was delivered to C-level decision-makers of the top 10% organisations around the South East Asian region and, no doubt, went down like a treat.
